The Stillery Amsterdam Rye Whisky - Single Cask
Sold out. This was the inaugural release of our Amsterdam Rye Whisky: a 2023 single cask of 100% rye malt, 396 bottles, matured in our distillery in the Amsterdam harbour.
At the World Whiskies Awards 2023 it collected three titles. Patience paid off, just like mum said. Its successor is ready: the Amsterdam Rye Whisky PX Sherry Cask, also 100% rye malt, 48% and 500 ml.
Tasting notes
Dried peach and apricot, cinnamon and honey, moving on to almond and marzipan with a spicy undertone.
