We hear you wondering, what makes this drink so special? Well We will tell you!
First of all, this Genever is inspired by the pine wood groves found along the Dutch coast, which Martin holds especially close to his heart. To capture the essence of the pine wood forests we foraged wild pine cones and distilled them, this pine cone distillate is the real star of the show in Woud!
Other ingredients include over a pinewood fire smoked lapsang, cinnamon cloves, star anise and our signature spelt grain malt wine. The smokey pine and complex notes of caramel make this the perfect drink to sip over a crackling pine (wood) fire!
