From the depths of the Dutch North Sea comes our unique twist on gin - a blend crafted with organic ingredients harvested from local dunes and of course, the North Sea. Our Master Distiller, Pascal, selected seaweeds like Toothed Wrack and Japanese Wireweed to lend their distinct flavours to this small-batch spirit! Beyond that, we also got our hands on raspberry leaves, blackberry leaves, clivers and sea buckthorn for an extra bit of freshness in every sip.
The invasive Japanese Wireweed may be pesky in nature but it gives this gin an undeniable punch of flavour! This seaweed lays afloat on the water denying sunlight to the organisms living under it. Therefore we are fighting a flavourful battle against Japanese Wireweed. Instead of letting it ruin the underwater ecosystem, we’ve added it as an exciting and unique note in this original gin blend.
