In collaboration with the Cityguys we present Amsterdam's newest hot sauce! This locally crafted peppery sauce is a harmonious blend of locally grown Dutch Reaper and Dutch Madame Janette peppers, meticulously sourced for their intense heat and distinct flavor. With strawberries, bell peppers and garlic the peppers create a delicious and spicy symphony.
But what truly sets our creation apart is the aging and fermenting of the hot sauce. As a local craft distillery, we could not resist the urge to find out what would happen if you barrel-aged a hot sauce. The result is quite spectacular. After taking the hot sauce out of the barrel we let a whisky liqueur soak up all of the spicy flavours which resulted in quite a unique and tasty creation that's available for a limited time only as well.
