The Stillery's Limited Edition: Chateau de Vie 2020
Something after dinner? Chateau de Vie 2020 is an eau de vie distilled from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape pomace, aged two years in barrel, smooth and rich.
A RED AND A WHITE
Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, pressed at city winery Chateau Amsterdam. The wine stayed there; the skins, seeds and stems came to our distillery. One red grape, one white, in a single spirit. Ferment, distil, two years in barrel. What the winemaker leaves behind, we turn into something new. Like every vintage: 500 bottles, no more.

CORRECT YOUR COFFEE
Caffè corretto: 20 ml Chateau de Vie in a freshly pulled espresso (30 ml). Or neat: 30 ml at room temperature in a tulip glass.
