Sold out. Operation Hot Sauce was a one-off batch we made with Cityguys, and it's gone. Every last drop.
Locally grown Dutch Reaper and Madame Jeanette peppers with strawberries, bell pepper and garlic, fermented and aged in one of our whisky barrels. The sauce is gone, but the barrel wasn't done yet: it went on to make the Whisky Hot Shot, a spicy whisky liqueur that is still available while stock lasts.
